Rawimex DMCC FZCO was incorporated in Dubai’s Multi Commodities Centre free zone to give our trading team — sourced from established refined products, fertilizer, and bullion desks — a platform built for how physical commodities actually move: on documentation, counterparty verification, and logistics that hold up under scrutiny.
The company is new. The desk is not. Our traders and operations staff have collectively spent years handling FOB and CIF cargoes, LC-backed settlement, and SGS-inspected loadings before joining Rawimex, and we’ve structured the firm’s compliance and operating procedures around that experience rather than around the calendar age of the entity itself.
We operate as a principal and as an intermediary, depending on the mandate, and we size every transaction to what can genuinely be verified, financed, and delivered — not to what looks good on a term sheet.

Refined Petroleum Derivatives
Import and export of refined products for industrial, marine, and power-generation offtakers, sourced from nominated refineries and storage terminals.

Origination & verification
Product, seller, and title are verified before terms are issued — proof of product, tank storage, or refinery allocation is required.

Counterparties clear KYC/AML and sanctions screening; contract terms follow ICC Incoterms 2020 and are drafted for enforceability.

LOGISTICS
Documentation & inspection
Independent inspection (SGS / Intertek / Bureau Veritas) and full shipping documentation accompany every cargo or lot.

SETTLEMENT
Delivery & payment
Settlement via LC, SBLC, or escrow against agreed documents, with delivery confirmed at the contracted Incoterm point.
